WINDSOR SQUASH & FITNESS

For nearly 4 decades Windsor Squash & Fitness Club has been the top choice for members seeking a clean, comfortable, warm and inviting fitness facility. When you walk through our doors, you can expect attentive staff and a clean, family friendly environment.

We offer a wide variety of programming to help you reach your fitness goals. We believe that you should enjoy your time in our building, so we are always offering new and fun ways to stay active.

Our Group Fitness classes are included in our basic membership rates, allowing members to try all of our classes at no extra charge. Although our schedule can vary, there is plenty of variety including, seniors zoomer fit, intro to kettlebell, spin, TRX suspension classes and many more. PERSONAL TRAINING

Often, we can all use a little help and guidance from an expert. Your body is like your house. After years of abuse, there is a time for repair and renovations. Personal trainers are your contractors who have the knowledge and experience to customize and plan out a path to achieve your specific goals. Our professional trainers are able to assess and provide you with a full plan from start to finish. Every new member has the option of including our SMART START intro program to get fitness journey started off right.

With new research into health and fitness, new discoveries are made everyday in regards to what your body is capable of doing and what may have been the norm decades ago is now considered a detriment to your body.  More experienced and active exercisers will find value in consulting with a trainer periodically to ensure your training isn’t doing harm to your body.
