This indoor cycle training class is a 60 minute HIIT (high intensity interval session) which is designed to help you improve your fitness. The class is designed to replicate a good session climbing big hills, racing through valleys and burning tons of calories. This session is a great workout for the legs, core and of course to improve cardiovascular fitness.
