A full functional class utilizing the techniques of the kettlebell. This includes swinging movements utilizing the whole body along with momentum or used in more traditional press and squat exercises. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization. Perfect class for shedding fat, sculpting the body while improving on strength and mobility.
