This Pilates program will teach you proper Pilates breathing technique and form. This upbeat class is great for beginner and intermediate participants; encouraging participants to work at their own pace and progress comfortably. All Pilates postures are performed with control, precision and flow of movement. Pilates technique uses the whole body developing strong, flexible and well-toned muscles.
