This class will have stations with mats, set of light weights and set of heavy weights and often a ball or bench. You will move quickly from one exercise to the next with a few recovery periods during the class while the next set of moves are shown. This class will end with a 5 minute stretch and cool down. **weekday classes begin at 6:45am
